HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

Use our online Reservations form. It is best to schedule your session a month in advance of the desired date for your photoshoot.  We often book quickly especially around the holidays.


HOW LONG IS THE SESSION?

Each photo shoot session varies between 30-60 minutes depending on your package. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to get settled and change. Your hair and make-up should already be applied unless you purchased hair and make-up as an add-on service.  Immediately after your session, you will be able to relax in our suite, enjoy complimentary drinks, view your beautiful images and choose all your favorites. 


Hawaiian Sunrise Package - allow yourself 1 hour from start to finish

Hawaiian Sunset Package - allow yourself  1-1/2  hours from start to finish

Hawaiian Moon Package - allow yourself 2 hours from start to finish


WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO THE SESSION?

Bring your valid photo ID along with your deposit for your session. We invite you to be creative and bring few of your favorite outfits that will complement the purpose of your session. We welcome you to bring your own props to be unique. Remember to bring your swimwear or lingerie, extra attire or beach cover up and slippers after your session.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS AND/OR PRODUCTS?

Raw images will be ready for viewing on the same day but final product will be ready within 7-10 business days from the time you place your order. All orders will not be released until your invoice is paid in full. 


WHAT ARE YOUR SUGGESTIONS FOR MY WARDROBE?

Not only is it crucial to look good but you need to feel you're very best so focus on what you're comfortable with as far as style, color, cut and even accessories. There are lots of inspirations online.


HOW SHOULD I DO MY HAIR AND MAKE-UP?

We recommend professional hair and make-up artists. Let us know if we can be of service.

RULES

Must be at least 18 years of age to book and hold session. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at session. Prohibited: No smoking.  No alcohol. No pets.

CANCELLATION POLICY

$100 Non-refundable session retainer to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee.  This fee will be credited towards your session. No refunds on cancellations. Reschedule must be 48 hours prior to the date of session. One reschedule or re-booking is allowed at no charge. 

PAYMENT

A credit card is required for all services.

50% Deposit Due is due on or before the session date.

50% Deposit Due upon delivery of product.

LIABILITY & PHOTO RELEASE

 Every client signs a release form before photo shoot whether to keep images private or not.  Any images we  use for marketing and promotional material,  print and online media, we were granted permission.
